Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
How to Return
Contact us at writetous@drozelonyz.world or via our Contact page to request a return. We will provide instructions for shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
